Small folio, title page in red and black, pp. 319, second title page, xvi, half title, 25 pages of tables, half title, 18 tables, ornamental initials and headsets. This very rare work is complete and in the original ornate tooled vellum over wood boards with five spine panels. Metal clasp on front cover outer edges with clips to rear cover lost. Inked spine titles completely faded. Archival repairs to outer margins of binding. Original end sheets replaced. The text is toned with a small area of worm damage to inner edge of first few pages. Over all this is still a very good copy of a very rare mining work. PRICE: $8,500.00
