The work is complete and in the original pebbled brown calf with ornate gilt panels, ruled gilt edges, ornate gilt spine panels and titles. Gilt text block edges. Light wear to binding, front hinge nicely retouched. Inner hinges re-enforced, presentation inscription on end sheet dated 1851. The text and plates are free of foxing and very bright. In very good condition.
